Maintenance Packages

Ad hoc support

This is where you drop me a line as-and-when and ask me to do something for you. You can hire me in an ad hoc way like this at a rate of £37.50 an hour. I bill you at the end of the month, rounding up to the nearest whole hour.

Bear in mind that because ad hoc work is by definition unpredictable, I may not be able to do your work straight away. But I’ll always do it as soon as I can, and of course I’ll let you know when I expect that to be.

We also have three maintenance packages that offer the following support:

Basic Maintenance:

For websites that require minimal updating, such as four or less updates per month taking on average one hours work. Including essential optimisation. Months where updates are not used are rolled over so you never lose any update work paid for.
£25 per month paid in advance for 12 months for £250 (2 months FREE)

Standard Maintenance:

For websites that require more frequent updating, such as between 4 and 10 updates per month taking on average 3 hours work. Including essential optimisation. Months where updates are not used are rolled over so you never lose any update work paid for.
£55 per month paid in advance for 12 months £550 (2 months FREE)

Premium Maintenance:

For websites that require major updating, such 15+ updates per month taking on average 6 hours work. Including essential optimisation. Months where updates are not used are rolled over so you never lose any update work paid for.
£95 per month paid in advance for 12 months £950 (2 months FREE)
